If you've placed an order, received an email confirmation of order and an email confirmation of processing and dispatch, you should have your parcel within 10 working days*, depending on the postage option and your location. If you think that something has gone wrong, please contact us. We can check the locations of some of our parcels for you and sort it out straight away.
