USPS US MAINLAND DELIVERY: $6 (non-US deliveries may be subject to additional charges)
Orders must be received before 2pm Monday to Thursday. Orders received after this time will be processed the next working day.

Shipments are made using USPS. Please allow 10 business days for US delivery.

2) WHAT ARE YOUR OVERSEAS SHIPPING COSTS?

European Delivery starts at $12 flat rate for one polo or two T-shirts. $15 for the first three items and an additional $10 for orders exceeding 2lbs in weight.

Non-European countries shipping will cost $20 for the first 3 items and may incur a further charge if weight exceeds 2lbs in weight.

All overseas parcels are trackable, are sent via the USPS International and will be delivered by your country’s official postal company.

Please allow 15 days for Overseas delivery.

4) WILL MY PAYMENT BE SECURE?

All orders are 100% secure. Shopify payments encrypted portal handle all of our payments and as such we never get to see any of your card details.

5) CAN I SEND MY PURCHASE BACK FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE?

You can have a refund* or make an exchange up to 30 days after purchase.

We do not refund postage costs unless the garment is faulty or we have made a mistake with your order.

In certain circumstances we may allow returns after the 30 day period but they will only be eligible for an exchange. No refunds will be offered.

*Refunds are not available for items bought using a discounted code. Faulty items will be exchanged like for like.

This varies from design to design, but in general we stock the follow:

Ladies T-shirts: S, M, L, XL

No. The only place to purchase HESCO apparel is the online store.

9) WHAT TYPE OF INKS ARE USED?


We used Water-based to create a soft touch feel and avoid that thick plastic texture which occurs with plastisol inks.

The designs printed on the black T-shirts and V-necks use a discharge process, again to avoid using heavy thicker inks.
